How Envirolopes work step by step   


1. Envirolope #1 looks like a regular #10 envelope and can be can be stuffed with a letter and inserts. But you do not need to insert a reply envelope because that is already built in. So easy to use, no instructions are necessary.
2. The customer receives the envelope and opens it just like any other envelope... with a letter opener or by tearing open the seal flap.
3. The contents are removed
4. To reply, the customer simply separates the reply envelope from the face of the envelope, puts a check in, and mails the reply envelope.


5. The reply envelope can be either courtesy reply (the customer pays the postage) or business reply (the recipient pays the postage).
